Job Title: Project Manager 

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing management of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial planning to execution and post-implementation support. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills as well as a deep understanding of contract management processes and technology solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

– Lead the implementation of the Contract Lifecycle Management platform, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

– Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

– Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives, including internal stakeholders and external vendors.

– Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize disruption and ensure project success.

– Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and drive continuous improvement of the CLM platform.

– Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.

– Ensure compliance with project management best practices, company policies, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

– Facilitate user training and adoption of the CLM platform, including developing training materials and conducting workshops as needed.

– Support post-implementation activities, including system enhancements, troubleshooting, and user support to maximize the value of the CLM platform.

 

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.

– Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in contract management or related software implementation projects.

– Strong understanding of contract management processes, including contract creation, negotiation, execution, and compliance.

– Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software solutions is highly desirable.

– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

– Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

– Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement.

– Ability to travel occasionally for project meetings, workshops, and vendor engagements, as needed.
