Growth Marketing Manager

As a B2B demand generation leader, this mission-critical role will cover every aspect of growth marketing, from paid programs, event and webinar strategy, lifecycle marketing, and more. You will be responsible for working with our Enterprise customers to create exceptional integrated campaigns that drive engagement & conversion. This will include developing and implementing omnichannel digital marketing strategy and plan that incorporates social media, content syndication, programmatic media, email nurture, webinars, and more. We’re looking for an individual with 3+ years of B2B demand gen experience that has a passion to implement successful campaigns and is obsessed with conversion optimization. Ideally, you’re someone who’s equally comfortable captaining the ship and running plays as needed, and you thrive being at the center of the action. Above all, we’re looking for a hungry, strategic, jack-of-all-trades marketer who counts demand generation as just one of many things they’re interested in and skilled at. 

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for increasing our sales-qualified pipeline sourced from marketing. In this key role, you’ll optimize our existing channels, run experiments to unlock new channels, manage our B2B lifecycle marketing, and report on key metrics. You’ll also work closely with our sales and customer success teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize a multi-channel demand generation strategy to help supercharge our growth. Orchestrate cross-functional, integrated campaigns (across paid, organic, ABM, and more) that are aligned to strategic messaging and competitive positions across channels to reach key personas and accounts
  • Lead market landscape analysis, develop personas, and prospect/account engagement paths. Create smart, impactful, and persona-relevant campaigns for all aspects of the buyer journey.
  • Interact with customers and internal teams to define integrated B2B demand gen programs. Co-create short and long-term plans for growth alongside Sales, Biz Ops, and Marketing teams, and drive company-wide understanding of key marketing metrics, macro trends, and other key inputs. Help define a coordinated, complementary strategy for inbound and outbound marketing in coordination with your GTM counterparts
  • Participate in projects from concept to delivery including requirements gathering, campaign strategy and budget development, project kick-off, weekly internal and external communications, customer advisory, and working with a cross-functional internal team to deliver the program.
  • Develop omnichannel paid media demand gen plan and strategy.
  • Work on multiple projects and be responsible for deadlines and deliverables. Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project fluid environment.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly presentations analyzing digital performance, and sharing insights.
  • Make campaign optimization recommendations based on performance data and market insights.
  • Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance, and ROI
  • Play a critical role in shaping the overall marketing strategy (this will be a fun one!)

Qualifications

    • Extensive experience in Demand Generation. A minimum 3 years of relevant experience in demand generation or growth marketing within a B2B SaaS company or agency. Experience having seen it before, having done it before, and knowing how to hit growth goals with the budget, channels, and tactics at your disposal. Pipeline and revenue are your north stars.
    • A strong technical marketing background. You’ll have strong technical acumen, including an understanding of attribution, lifecycle marketing tools and MarTech tools.
    • Analytical and problem solving mindset. You’ll have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and brainstorm and execute experiments.
    • Ability to work cross functionally. You’ll have proven ability driving cross-functional initiatives, achieve stakeholder buy-in, and making decisions.
    • You’re resourceful at your core. This means thriving in uncertainty, showing grit in the face of roadblocks, and finding new, better ways to get the job done.
    • Data-driven decision making: You’re comfortable and confident making decisions big and small based on data, trends, and personal experience. 
    • You’re a people-person who can flex in collaboration with any kind of team. You have a history of solid cross-functional relationships. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • You’re motivated by the customer, what they need, and how they use our product. You know how to leverage your understanding of the buyer and user journey to capture more customers.
    • Experience running B2B social lead gen campaigns, content syndication, publisher programs, programmatic media, email nurture, virtual events, webinars, communities
    • Organized, structured and detail-oriented
    • Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools such as Slack, Asana, etc.
    • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics. You’re familiar with and have strong opinions on the ideal marketing tech stack, such as Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua, etc.
    • B2B SaaS agency experience is a plus
    • Ability to travel on occasion
