We are thrilled about the incredible response to our Front-End Developer opening! 

We have been inspired by everyone’s zeal for potentially working at Zeal. Due to the overwhelming interest in this position, we’re excited to offer all applicants a chance to join Zeal through a hackathon challenge.

Challenge overview

In this competition, teams will collaborate to develop a working application, racing against the clock to deliver the best solution in 72 hours.

At the beginning of the challenge, you will be assigned to a team with ten other randomly selected applicants. You will receive an invitation to join a Slack team, where you can communicate with your designated team and receive further instructions.

At the end of the competition, our team will review all source codes, and we will select the team with the best feature.

All communications will be moderated and monitored by a Zeal Team Lead.

Judging & Prizes:

Criteria: The team with the best implementation, based on functionality, innovation, and overall quality, will be selected as the winner.

Cash Prize: Each winning team member will receive cash prizes and a virtual Zeal Certificate of Excellence.

Recognition of Accomplishment: Each contestant will also be eligible to receive recognition for the cleanest code, time management, most creative solution, and innovation.

Each recognition award will include a certification from Zeal for your resumes and LinkedIn endorsements for relevant skills demonstrated during the Hackathon.

Join the team: Members of the winning team may be offered an internship position to work with the Zeal Team.
